OUR MISSION: 
The World Baseball Academy mission is to use the game of baseball to provide services for athletes in order to encourage life skills development, aid in eliminating discrimination and cross cultural barriers while increasing the interest of baseball on a local, national, and international level.
OUR PURPOSE:
* To provide services through the game of baseball that encourage life skills develop and assist with eliminating discrimination and prejudice through cross-cultural programming.
* To increase the interest of baseball through supporting and developing amateur athletes for national and international amateur competitions.
* To establish cross cultural educational services on international subjects useful to individuals and beneficial to the community.
OUR APPROACH:
The WBA uses quality baseball instruction as an outreach to build local, national, and international relationships and expose athletes to other cultures building a stronger awareness of the world around them.
OUR SERVICE:
The WBA uses a twofold system to accomplish our mission.
- First, we use our staff to impact our own community as well as sending them out into other nations throughout the world seeking to build relationships and assist with quality baseball development that aligns with our mission.
- Second, we are preparing to bring international coaches and students to the U.S. to create a cross cultural environment in our own home country.
OUR INDUSTRY EXPERTISE:
The WBA is comprised of a very active Board of Directors who has over 60 years of experience in international baseball development, teaching, and relationship building. The leadership of the WBA is actively involved in the strategic planning for the future growth of international baseball worldwide.
OUR COMMITMENT:
The WBA is committed to providing high quality instructional and developmental programs with a focus on developing the life skills of young people and making these future leaders aware of the ever growing global world in which we live. Our focus is on the personal growth of individuals while enhancing their knowledge and skill level within the game of baseball.
