his instructional program will be a Six-week training session that focuses on building confidence through effective fundamentals that also includes drills, fun games & competitions!
For Six Weeks each player will take part in a lecture session, drill work, and competitive hitting game. Each Session takes place in the Indoor Outdoor Batting Tunnels at The ASH Centre. The Hitting League will have a competitive hitting game at the end of every session with awards at the conclusion of the league. The Hitting League focuses on teaching the fundamentals of hitting, building the confidence of hitters and having fun while doing both!
