RBI Benefit Auction

The 2nd annual RBI Benefit Auction took place on Wednesday, March 23 at Parkview Stadium. The evening was full of energy, smiles, and kind hearted individuals who helped secure the funding necessary for the 2011 RBI Program!
RBI stands for Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities and the Fort Wayne chapter is organized by The World Baseball Academy. "Our organization [The WBA] was very fortunate to have the Fort Wayne Tin Caps, Scheerer McCulloch Auctioneers, and Federated Media partner with us to create an outstanding event," explains Caleb Kimmel, Executive Director of The World Baseball Academy.
The Benefit Auction raised over $20,000 to help secure the remaining funds needed to comfortably launch year two of this outreach program focused on serving at-risk youth.
