Austen Rigelman has dedicated the majority of his career to impacting young people in a variety of ways.  Austen joined the WBA team in 2018 after serving as an entrepreneur, Elementary School Teacher and Administrative leader within Fort Wayne Community Schools.  He has been heavily involved in baseball within Northeast Indiana serving as a Wildcat Coach, Little League Umpire, Umpire Scheduler, and volunteer coach.  In 2017, Austen's umpiring career included serving as a Little League World Series umpire in Williamsport, PA.

Austen business and educational acumen has been the perfect fit to help WBA expand our tournament events as well as our outreach to at-risk youth through our WBA STEM initiatives.  Austen is a Northrop High School graduate who holds an Undergraduate Degree in Education from Indiana University and a Masters Degree from Ball State University.
